Ted has called Lee County his home for over 25 years and currently resides in Dixon with his wife and three children. He has been an accomplished business owner in DeKalb and Lee Counties for over 20 years including a painting company, townhome developments, custom home building, and ownership of rental property.
He recently finished developing Overlook Garden Townhomes on Dixons south side and is currently developing Rivershore West Townhomes along the Rock River and Summerwood Gardens, a townhome community on Dixon’s North side.
Ted was also part of the recently built Holiday Inn Express in Rock Falls, IL and is currently working on the remodel of another hotel as well as planning future developments in Dixon. He is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Sauk Valley Landlords Association and a sponsor of Al Morrison Baseball and Special Olympics.
Ted is highly motivated and has a strong sense for the potential this area provides and looks forward to being a part of the future and development of all Dixon has to offer.
