Ted has called Lee County his home for over 25 years and currently resides in Dixon with his wife and three children. He has been an accomplished business owner in DeKalb and Lee Counties for over 20 years including a painting company, townhome developments, custom home building, and ownership of rental property.
His completed developments include Overlook Gardens, Rivershore West Condos, Riverside Townhomes and Riverview Estates. His current development, Summerwood Gardens on Dixon’s north side, has only 6 units left, and Washington Point is more than halfway complete, with only 6 lots left to build.
Ted was also part of the recently built Holiday Inn Express in Rock Falls, IL and is currently working on the remodel of another hotel as well as planning future developments in Dixon. He is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Sauk Valley Landlords Association and a sponsor of Al Morrison Baseball and Special Olympics.
Ted is highly motivated and has a strong sense for the potential this area provides and looks forward to being a part of the future and development of all Dixon has to offer.
